There are 4 modules used to help you harness your energy to enhance your life and wellbeing
Energy Exercise (Earth) – Enhance your energy by being aware of your body. This increases your physical health by using simple yoga postures, stretches and breathing etc. This will enhance your energy flow.
Energy Psychology (Air) – The power of thought has a very important role to play in our lives, in Energy 4 Life it is used to explore the energy behind our thoughts, behaviours, feelings and actions. Our psychology is what makes up our beliefs, life scripts, and values. As one of the main modalities we focus on releasing stress and freeing the mind. The Purer our thoughts, the more conscious and open we can be gives us more choices in life. Includes Energy Release .
Energy Foods (Fire) – Food and Water are the fuel we put in our bodies, the energetics of the food we eat is paramount. With a little planning of our food intake, it will boost our energy levels to cope with the strains of modern life, making life much more enjoyable and feeling great. Food should look inviting, colourful (think of a rainbow), stimulating, nutritious and as close to nature as possible. Raw and living foods have healing power. This in turn assists us to be more focused, have more energy and clarity.
Energy Balance (Water) – Hands on body work, meditation and relaxation that connects with the nervous system instantly reducing stress, balances emotions and so promoting a feeling of wellbeing.
Connecting in is the first place to start, once you recognize this mindset, you can start to shift into what is helpful in this now moment, finding root causes and dealing with them so you can move forward with confidence and clarity knowing you are supported.
